The xbox was in bad shape. It was very rusted and would not power on.

Lots and vinegar and sanding later.
I still could not get it to boot at this point. It would power on but either frag or hit this error screen. I removed the clock capacitor and started looking for broken traces.
I still could not get it to boot after flashing the 1MB TSOP chip, in all 4 sectors. I then tried installing a mod chip to circumvent the chip and worked!
A $3 RP2040 running Modxo and we're up and running.
Reinstalled the modchip to look less janky.
Time for upgrades.
Checking with Xblast after each chip is soldering into place to confirm it's working.
I made a few OGX minis for modern controllers. I modeled a case for it and shared it on makerworld.

In the future I'll be replacing the fans and building an internal OGX360 to support wireless controllers.
